ONLINE EVENTS BOOKING
PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EVENT
The Online Booking facility is administered by Paypal. Tickets may be bought through a Paypal account, or with a debit/credit card. Online prices include processing charges levied by PayPal.
Tickets/proof of purchase
Your PayPal receipt acts as your ticket. Please present it upon arrival at the Event.
When booking, please provide a contact phone number in case of last-minute changes.
Annual touring conference (Hull 2014) information will be sent to you after booking by the Annual conference organizer.
Members' rate tickets
For tickets bought at the members' rates, a current-year BSMGP membership card should be produced if requested by the door staff as proof of eligibility.
Students' rate tickets
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be enrolled in a further or higher education stained/architectural or conservation/historical glass course (not adult education or short courses), spending 10+ hours/week in college, or the equivalent if a modular course. Student rates are also available to apprentices in stained glass studios that are participating in the apprenticeship trainee scheme. If not a current student BSMGP member, you may be required to show proof of your student status at the door, so are advised to bring your student card or equivalent proof of student/apprentice status.
ALL LECTURE TICKETS FOR EVENTS AT THE ART WORKERS GUILD ARE FOR THE LECTURE ONLY. Tickets for the buffet supper, if required, should be purchased separately in the meal ticket option beneath each event on the PayPal list
Late bookings and special dietary requirements
For late bookings of all lectures (within 1 week of the event date) or if you have special dietary requirements, please check availability with the Lectures Organizer BEFORE booking online, via the Contact form, or phone 01582 764834.
For late bookings of the annual touring conference to Hull (within 2 months of the event date), please check ticket availability with the Annual conferences organizer BEFORE booking online, via the Contact form.
For Art Workers Guild events, cancellations more than 30 days before the event will receive either a full refund or a transfer to another similar event at the same price. Cancellations 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the event we cannot guarantee any refund.
For annual touring conferences, cancellations before 30 June will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30 June and 30 July will receive a 50% refund. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the event we cannot guarantee any refund.
