Online Events Booking
Please read the information below before booking your event.
The Online Booking facility is administered by Paypal. Tickets may be bought through a Paypal account, or with a debit/credit card. Online prices include processing charges.
Tickets/proof of purchase
Your PayPal receipt acts as your ticket. Please present it upon arrival at the Event.
When booking, please provide a contact phone number in case of last-minute changes.
Annual conference information will be sent to you after booking by the Annual conference organizer.
Members' rate tickets
For tickets bought at the members' rates, a current-year BSMGP membership card should be produced if requested by the door staff as proof of eligibility.
Students' rate tickets
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be enrolled in a further or higher education stained/architectural or conservation/historical glass course (not adult education or short courses), spending 10+ hours/week in college, or the equivalent if a modular course. Student rates are also available to apprentices in stained glass studios that are participating in the apprenticeship trainee scheme. If not a current student BSMGP member, you may be required to show proof of your student status at the door, so are advised to bring your student card or equivalent proof of student/apprentice status.
ALL LECTURE TICKETS ARE FOR THE LECTURE ONLY. Tickets for the buffet dinner, if required, should be purchased separately in the meal ticket option at the bottom of the event ticket options.
Meal or New Year dinner tickets
All meals are buffet meals. Please order meal tickets 2 weeks' before event, or check availability with the AWG Events Organizer or the Conference Organizer (as appropriate) BEFORE booking online, via the Contact form. For special dietary requirements, please also check availability before booking.
Annual conference tickets
You can pay either the full amount (residential/non-residential) or a non-refundable deposit (residential bookings only) with the balance due by 30 June latest (NB. after this date we cannot guarantee holding your place; see also Cancellation terms below). Balance by cheque only (payable to BSMGP TRUST) to: Catrin Davies, 23 Heol Cilgant, Llandeilo, Sir Gar SA19 6HN: members £300; non-members £345; + extra night £55.00; + car park £5.70. The £45 supplement for non-members is the same as our UK Ordinary membership subscription, and entitles you to 2013 membership benefits. For late bookings of AWG events (within 1 week of the event date), please check ticket availability with the AWG Events Organizer BEFORE booking online, via the Contact form, or phone 01582 764834.
For late bookings of the annual conference (within 2 months of the event date), please check ticket availability with the Annual conferences organizer BEFORE booking online, via the Contact form.
For AWG events, cancellations more than 30 days before the event will receive either a full refund or a transfer to another AWG event at the same price. Cancellations 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the event we cannot guarantee any refund.
For annual conferences, cancellations before 30 June will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30 June and 30 July will receive a 50% refund. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the event we cannot guarantee any refund.
