5 Rhythms

Float glass, Sandblasted, Fire polished, Painted and silver stained. This panel is the fourth of a series called "Rhythms". These panels express the spiritual freedom, release from the everyday trials of life and deep personal healing resulting from the shaman-like experience of dancing "on the edge". My approach to working in glass was inspired by the artistic principles of my excellent teachers, whose words help sustain my efforts: "surrender to the muse", "distil it to the essence" and everyone likes a bit of symmetry!
