COST OF THE CONFERENCE
The Conference fees include two days coach travel and entrance to all sites visited, three nights accommodation and three full English breakfasts for residential participants. Also, lunches on Saturday and Sunday and three dinners for £240. The non-residential fee of £140 includes travel and entrance fees, lunches and dinners. All menus have vegetarian options and there are tea and coffee making facilities within the accommodation. These costs are for BSMGP members. Non-members should add £30 to the appropriate fee*. Please complete this application form if you would like to attend. You may pay the complete cost of the conference immediately or secure your place with a non-refundable deposit of £30 per person, with the balance to be paid by 1 June. Closing date for late applications is 18 July 2006. All later payments must be in full. Places are limited so please book promptly to avoid disappointment.
