| Below are some pictures of a restoration job im struggeling with.The panels(18 in total)are covered with numerous layers of paint and putty which is proving very difficult to remove in some areas.Has anyone got any ideas on ways i could procede.The glass and paint are quite fragile,in fact some of the glass is only 1mm thick.To give you an idea of the scale,the actual lead section is 1/2",but with the paint etc it takes it up to more like 1".Cheers in advance,dan. |

| Use steam on the unpainted side. It will soften the paint and the putty. |
