Joseph Nuttgens Fellow
Having previously worked for Patrick Reyntiens and John Piper, I reorganised my father's studio in 1982, since when I have undertaken many commissions, mostly for churches but gradually extending my ideas to include house windows and, more recently, exhibition pieces using steel sheet glass. In commissioned architectural work my chief interest is in 'daylight' but in my exhibition work I have been working with artificial light - hidden light sources, back lighting, reflected lighting and casting coloured light. The Studio, in the Chiltern Hills, is open to visitors by appointment.
