The Glass Painters Showcase Joining Fee

Entry into The Glass Painters Showcase costs £20 per panel and is a one-off fee to join the exhibition stand. Selected panels will be displayed in our purpose built stand for a minimum of two months and may be moved between venues. New and old work is eligible and there is no theme. All panels must be for sale and include 40% commission.

Before you pay the fee please email a high res photo to portfolio@bsmgp.org.uk with your name, title(s) of panel(s) and price including 40%. This will be used to assess your panel(s) for suitability for the stand. Include your telephone number and address. The information will be used for sales if your panel is selected. You will be told via email of where your work should be delivered.

The exhibition stand will be on display at St Helens Minster for the International Festival of Glass from 28 August until further notice.

By paying the fee you confirm that your panel will fit into an opening 30cm x 30cm (ideal size 297mm x 297mm with lead surround for protection) and a maximum depth of 14mm. Delivery and return costs of unsold panels are the responsibility of the artist.

Please note that while we will take every care of your panel, each artist is responsible for insuring their own work against loss or damage if required.
