Sam Fogg Gallery exhibits roundels
18 September 2020Over the past four decades, Andrew Rudebeck and Klaus Tiedemann have amassed what are among the most important private collections of late-medieval stained-glass roundels anywhere in the world.
Twenty-eight roundels from their collections, all created between c. 1480 and 1560 by Netherlandish, French, and German glass painters, form the focus of this new exhibition at the gallery, which will be open to the public, by appointment, between 16th September and 12th October, 9.30am-5.30pm each weekday.
The exhibition catalogue can be seen here. This Annunciation roundel is their Object of the Week.
We are delighted that Matthew Reeves, who has been closely involved in the exhibition and catalogue, will be giving our Autumn Lecture (via Zoom) on October 9th 2020. Tickets are available here for just £5.00
The exhibition takes place at: Sam Fogg, 15D Clifford Street, London W1S 4JZ
