Glenn has been working in glass for over thirty-five years and originally studied Graphic Design. An essential element of his work in stained and painted glass is a strong religious and personal narrative.

From 1995-2000 he was a member of the conservation and restoration department of the Lincoln Cathedral workshops working on the highly prestigious 12th-century Deans Eye window. During 2009-10 he studied for a Masters of Visual Art at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. He was elected as a Fellow of the British Society of Master Glass Painters in 2009. As an Artist/Educator he recently taught at Urban Glass, New York and is scheduled to teach at the Pilchuck Glass School, USA.
